Factory Digital Twin

Production line digital twins for integration testing, demonstrations, and operational visibility

Make production-line states and processes observable, available for what-if analysis, and verifiable against acceptance criteria in the digital environment.

What we provide

New Horizon provides enterprise production line digital twin services, delivering scene assets, state mapping, operations and maintenance views, and integration testing records. Software source code handover can be agreed.

Engineering Notes

From equipment objects to production line event chains

01

Build an Equipment and Data Point Dictionary

Document layouts, workstations, equipment identifiers, process cycle times, and data points. Associate every visual object with its data source, update time, and quality status to avoid mistaking static animation for live production status.

02

Verify the State and Command Feedback Loop

Implement read-only state mapping first, then connect commands within the authorized scope. Physical equipment control requires separate assessment of permissions, interlocks, and human takeover. Simulation commands should not automatically acquire control of physical equipment.

03

Continuous Operation Checks

Record state latency, event ordering, disconnection recovery, and historical replay. Include equipment faults, stale data, and reconnection paths in acceptance checks. The operating manual should distinguish field interfaces from simulation-driven operation.
